Mô tả công việc

- Manage company's all kinds of licenses, documents.
管理公司各类证照、资料文件。
- Office equipment checkup and maintenance contact. Purchase and manager office supplies.
负责各类办公设备的检查和维护,并联系维修;采购并管理各类办公用品。
- In charge of company administrative related work
负责公司行政相关的工作。
- Prepare and implement hospitality for visitors and reception work.
访客的接待准备和执行工作。
- Daily cash/bank works, including money received and paid and other related cashier works.
负责公司日常银行款项收付及相关工作。
- Cash flow out for reimbursement.
日常现金报销的给付工作。
- Deliver bank book and bank documents.
负责银行单据、文件的传递工作。
- Other working tasks management assigned according to necessity.
其它上级指派的工作

Location/positions: Hochiminh City / 1, Haiphong / 1

Yêu cầu công việc

- Education: Bachelor degree or above, Financial majors preferred.
教育背景：大学本科以上学历，财务专业优先;
- Experience: 3-year working experience in shipping agent preferred.
工作经验：3年以上船代行业工作经验优先;
- Language: English is a must and Good in Chinese is a plus
中文流利者优先
- Average skills in: Microsoft Office, e.g. Word and Excel
熟练操作办公软件;（Word及Excel）
