Mô tả công việc

End user helpdesk & troubleshooting
• Provide helpdesk support (computer systems, hardware and software) and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction
• Respond quickly and record IT requests as per IT helpdesk procedure
• Follow IT helpdesk and authorization procedure as per IT policy
IT Rooms Management
• Server management
• Application management
• File server access permission control & housekeep
• EPO server maintenance
• Backup, DHCP server maintenance
• Door access system maintenance
• Other business application maintenance
Network Management (Switch, Router, Cabling)
• Network switches maintenance
• IP address distribute
• Rack cabinet maintenance
• UPS maintenance
Telephone System Management
• Extension setup, close, access change
• Document update for telephone switch port
• Do settings for telephone on the switch
• Billing system maintenance
Peripheral system maintenance: Printers, fax machines, beamer (overhead projectors) and etc
Manage all the electronic product such as PC, laptop, printer etc which includes scrap product
All IT related documentation update
• IT WI update
• Document update: computer list, Peripheral list (printer/projector/ Accessories), Mail account list, IP address list, Fileserver access control list, Internet access list, Ext. summary list, Password list etc.

IT projects and tasks assigned by Management: Add-on telecommunication cabling system

Yêu cầu công việc

Education Background requirements: College degree and above in Information technology major related

Working Experience requirement: From 5 years working experience in IT related

Job related competency requirement:
• Honest, integrity, trustworthy, critical thinking, hardworking, good communication
• Be familiar with regulation of electronic waste management

Language requirement: Good English skill (spoken and written)
