Controlling Supervisor

Lead simulation of COM (Cost of Manufacturing) & ICP (Inter-company price) and provide valuable analysis and comments for cost improvement; Lead and coordinate Cost& inventory relevant projects to support business partner; Identify potential cost reduction opportunities; Lead costing team to do ABP, annual ICP development and month end closing; Lead plant controlling and production controlling, in charge of process of quarterly forecase update, expsence analysis; Support Accounting team to solve some issues or concerns and responsible for internal audit and external audit for costing part.

Project management & CoM and ICP simulation:
• Lead costing related Project to support business partner. Identify potential cost reduction opportunities for improvement.
• CoM and ICP calculation and analysis for productions.
• Cost variance analysis by IBNR, Machine centers and process.
• Highlight major deviations for initiating corrective action plans.

Planning:
• Responsible for coordinating and developing the Annual Business plan.
• Analyze COM and margin for development and point out some key parameters for optimization.
• Complete related ABP reports and analysis, e.g .tSN report, ttAP chart report, etc
Stock Valuation
• Complete stock valuation and stock ageing evaluation. Make alignment between GL and breakdown. Ensure cost accurate on the Raw material, WIP and FG nart level.
• Responsible for stock taking per company rule and group requirement.

Regular Reporting
• Overall responsible for EBIT, Balance sheet reconciliation, and all cost
related reporting.
• Work as team to get Account closed by 3rd Working day and reporting
submitted to headquarters

Capex and fixed assets
• Ensure capex project management smoothly from financial related
Part(Project feasibility study and approval, register, Capex spending
tracking and control, etc)
• Reconcile FA Sub ledger with general ledger

Other Jobs
• Support Accounting team to solve some issues or concerns.
• Responsible internal audit and external audit for costing part.
• Coaching, planning, assigning costing team work, communicating with
cross team to resolving problems.
• Other jobs assigned by his/her supervisors

• 5 years working experience in costing area, at least 2 years above supervisor experience
• ERP software experience is a must; Microsoft Navision experience and SAP is an advantage;
• Excellent Excel, pivot table and PPT skills
• Fluent English
